When you have to write it down, you have to actually think it through. Briefs get sharper, decisions get documented, and nothing gets lost in a call nobody remembers.
It removes borders
Text doesn't care about timezones or accents. I can work with someone in Lagos, Lisbon, or Los Angeles with the same ease — and translate along the way.
It respects everyone's time
Async means we both work when we're at our best, not when a calendar says so. The result is faster, calmer, better work.
